Secure Packaging
Carefully repack the items in their original protective transit packaging to ensure the glass bottles and labels remain undamaged during return shipping.
Ship the Item
Affix the return label and ship the package back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists have inspected the returned bottle to confirm the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
