A single cask Orkney (HP) single malt Scotch whisky, distilled on 7th May 2005 and bottled on 2nd October 2025 by Signatory Vintage for thier Cask Strength Collection. Matured for 20 years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt (cask DRU17 A63 #2), this limited release yielded just 608 individually numbered bottles. Presented in Signatory Vintage's distinctive heavy decanter-style bottle and bottled at its natural cask strength of 55.2% ABV, without chill filtration or added colour.

Bottled under the "Orkney (HP)" designation, this whisky is widely recognised as originating from one of Orkney's most celebrated distilleries, Highland Park. Twenty years of maturation in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt is expected to complement the distillery's characterful maritime spirit with layers of dried fruits, dark chocolate, orange peel, toasted nuts and warming baking spices, alongside the gentle heathery smoke, honeyed malt and subtle coastal influence for which the distillery is renowned. Expect a rich, full-bodied whisky with impressive depth and balance.
