Littlemill was renowned for producing an elegant, fruity Lowland style, often displaying notes of citrus, orchard fruits, fresh grass and vanilla with a gentle malty sweetness. Independent bottlings such as this First Cask release have become particularly sought after following the distillery's demolition and the destruction of its remaining buildings in 2004, ensuring no more Littlemill spirit will ever be produced.
