This 15-year-old Glenallachie 2009 came from single cask 900864, a first fill Oloroso sherry butt that turned out 570 bottles at a monstrous 65.6% natural cask strength. Glenallachie was largely ignored by most malt fans even a decade ago but is now hot property - this Symington's Choice cask looks superb.
