A single cask Balvenie 2009 14-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2024 by the distillery without colouring or chill filtration as part of their A Collection of Curious Casks range that replaced the old Balvenie Single Barrel series.

This Balvenie 2009 14-year-old Curious Casks edition came from Single Cask 8990, a first fill American bourbon barrel bottled at the distillery's preferred single barrel strength of 47.8%. Bourbon cask matured Balvenies at this sort of age remain the value pick of the Balvenie range - this should be a treat.
