A single cask Aultmore single malt Scotch whisky, distilled on 4th May 2011 and bottled on 26th March 2026 by Signatory Vintage for their Cask Strength Collection. Matured for 14 years and finished in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead (Cask No.1), this limited release yielded just 338 individually numbered bottles. Presented in Signatory Vintage's distinctive heavy decanter-style bottle, it was bottled at its natural cask strength of 61.4% ABV, without chill filtration or added colour.

Aultmore is often regarded as one of Speyside's understated gems, producing a clean, elegant spirit with a naturally fruity and malty character. The first-fill Pedro Ximénez hogshead finish is expected to add layers of rich sweetness and complexity, complementing the distillery's delicate style with notes of raisins, dates, figs, treacle, dark chocolate and warming baking spices, alongside orchard fruits, honeyed malt and subtle oak. Expect a rich, full-bodied whisky that balances Aultmore's refined spirit character with the bold influence of an active Pedro Ximénez cask.
